What is your shipping policy?

We ship orders twice a week, and depending on the type of shipping selected at checkout, most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method you choose. We make sure to get your products to you as quickly as possible!

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes! We offer in-store pickup for customers who prefer to pick up their orders directly from our location at Awaken Medical Aesthetics. Simply select "In-store Pickup" as your shipping option during checkout.

Do you offer local delivery?

We offer local delivery for orders over $500 within the Amarillo area. Our delivery service runs weekly, and we'll ensure your items are delivered straight to your door.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we may be able to assist you depending on the timing. If the order has already been shipped, we can't assist with a return as all sales are final.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. For international inquiries, please contact us directly to see if any special arrangements can be made.

How do I know if my order qualifies for local delivery?

If your order total exceeds $500 and you are located in the Amarillo area, you qualify for local delivery. You’ll see the option for local delivery during checkout.
